Do I make contact?

I found a local sangha, but I'm really unsure as to weather to make contact of not :/ I really don't have much time to devote to meeting up with them on the days they meet, and I'm not very sociable with strangers... I don't even know if I am 'serious enough for them' or if I can get to the meetings. Would anybody involved with a Sangha please let me know how they feel about it and whether they found it useful?

They would say "Welcome to our group friend" and then they would smile and shake your hand. And when it's time to leave they would probably say "Thanks for coming! Hope to see you again soon" and then they would smile and wave goodbye.

Something like that. :) You should go. :)
