Do you use mental labelling?

Maybe as a way of dealing with the hindrances, maybe as a way of developing mindfulness and insight?

    Sure. Impermanent, Not-Self, Dukkha. :D
    These are more than just labels and so have more effect.

    This is really distancing the mind from clinging to mental phenomena.

    Not as often as I like, but more and more often. I'll find a thought arising or find myself daydreaming, and the second the counter-thought arises of this being conditioned phenomena that is not-self (and suffering to identify with), it all drops away without any fuss.
