I remember a couple of Tantric nuns who composed a rap for a visiting Lama. They kindly performed it for me and then practice done, off they went to perform . . .
It went down very well . . .

It's basically a combination of blog service and a social network website like Facebook. But unlike FB, you don't have to give out any personal information--so it is really more about sharing your own interests with people you DON'T know rather than people you personally know. You can follow other people and re-post things they have posted if you want--pictures, quotes, or your own written thoughts. It is a good way to meet people with similar interests. The downside is that most people don't post up their own thoughts but are satisfied to just put up pictures or quotes of others. It can be helpful once you understand how to put it to use.

The one I currently have I use as strictly as a journal and to post my haiku poems. I only follow a handful of other Buddhist Tumblr blogs--I don't use it as often as I once did.

FB does cause too much drama! haha

That's one of the good things about Tumblr allowing one to be entirely anonymous--sometimes its better to not share everything with people that you actually know in 'real life' because it just causes more problems.

You are welcome! Thanks for letting me share! Yes, I will definitely be focusing more on Dharma Hip-Hop!:) I been working non stop, so I am slowly getting into the mix of things. Keep a look out for my Dharma Hip-Hop! LOL!

Lol! Thank you! I deleted it. I don't.need the other. I am currently working on a novel and will he posting.everything on there. I will also use Twitter to update. Leon_Basin. Thank you for following.
