Mindfulness bell for daily practice

I created a Soundcloud account and uploaded a 15-minute mindfulness bell file which anyone can download.

I put this on my media player on the computer (it can also be burned onto CD) and put it on repeat. Most of the track is silent, so the bell sounds every 15 minutes.

When the bell sounds, you stop whatever activity you are currently engaging in to stop and pay attention to your breathing for a few moments. This is the sort of thing they do at the Magnolia Grove Monastery.
