Mustering Up Motivation

For all of those in the UK or who have lived there may remember a fellow on the breakfast morning show on GMTV called Mr Motivator. A guy in spandex who did some kind of dancing routine every morning in a jolly and hyped up manner.



This thread is to share ideas on how to conger up motivation and enthusiasm in out practice, we all have times where we lose that motivation and become spiritually drained, so it would help to have various ideas on how to get out of such states of mind posted in here :D
