    Where and how could you practice more generosity?
    How has someone shown you generosity?

  • I remember my old academic advisors welcoming me a few years later to give me advice on what I could do with a career granting my illness. I was touched.

    Traditionally there are three types of generosity:

    Materials
    Fearlessness
    Dharma teachings

    We can all give some of our time and effort; or our ears.

    And yes, a man who is my A.A. sponsor took the time to take me through the 12 Steps. He takes my calls too. He often meets up with me to see that I'm doing okay and to mentor me.

    He's a busy bloke, he works hard, he has a family and interests; so I'm grateful for his time.
