Meditation reflections

These are not to be taken in a HEAVY intellectual search but rather touched on lightly and occasionally.

* Do you let go of what you were thinking
* Do you find yourself more present? More alive? Expectant?
* What happens in your awareness - does it move around within itself to focus somehow on the here and now? Is that a good feeling?
* Do your sense impressions become more vivid? Do you become more aware of colour, of sound, of smell, of your body? Of the environment? Of what you were doing, feeling, and thinking?
* Do you want to be more awake? Does part of you want it and part of you not?
* After you wake up, what happens next? Do you drift off again?
* What is the experience of drifting off and not being awake?
* Is there an experience of being half awake? More awake? Less awake?
* What does 'immediate experience' mean?
* Can one be aware of an actual moment?
* How long is a moment?
* Do sounds and visual images, thoughts, and feelings and so on come in single moments or does a single moment contain the whole world in all its complexity?
* If you could always be perfectly aware of your immediate experience, would the past and future matter?
* What happens when you ask yourself that?
