This is what I have found out so far, the more you give attention to one thing/one person,
the more you will get out of it.

Its really powefull, so thats why metta meditation are so strong...

Are there something in your life thats need your attention?

Are there Some one you have forgot?

The old woman over the street, the girl at the grossary store?

Your father, or mother?

Or is there one thing or person at your work you dont like?

Send it metta and give this person some attention, and things will open up!

"Giving leads ultimately to liberation from samsara, the cycle of repeated existence".

Pracitce makes perfect

As long as you realize that what you get out of mere attention, without skilful means, can cause as much suffering as it might extinguish.

Its really powerfull, so thats why metta meditation are so strong.

Perhaps you might want to expand your reasoning of why attention being powerful is why metta meditation is so strong?

We do have a lot responsibilites in our life, the world is just like that.

For me when I meet aversion, or I meet new things Iam not used to do,
and I just have to do it...(because its me responsibility to do so).

We can soften things up with metta meditation or sending metta in what direction we want it to go and that again, can lead to skillfull actions.

Let say you have aversion for...

Dishwashing (wich is now very popular to talk about)

You can then send metta to the activity and the way you will wash the dishes,

    Like this for example :)

May I wash my dishes with ease,
May I be fully aware when I wash my dishes
May I feel the hot wather, coming from mother earth.
May I clean them and let them shine..
May I smile and bring joy when I do this...

    (use your imagination)

and after, it can maybe lead you to take action, or see the things in a new and
better perspectiv, thats why its powerfull.

So it can look like a form of brainwashing, but a good one though, I will
see metta meditation as planting good seeds, ofcourse the seeds will not always turn out to be beautifull plants, and that is ok..

True. What you focus on expands.

Do I focus on metta and compassion or hateful thoughts?

What seeds am i planting? What seeds am i watering?

Do you meditate while washing dishes?

@Grayman Personally I do! I give my best to be aware of the physical sensations and do not rush. Easier said than done tho.

I'm really good at mindfulness a lot of the time, but I have to chain myself to the sink to get the dishes done for some reason.

Yes, of course. That is.the practice of Tantric Sex.
It is a Meditative exercise, using the most powerful carnal, connective and instinctive impulse, to transcend the basic element of being Sentient, to transport the Mind to an ultimate level of Union with Emptiness.

    Apparently.
