Where I have read it?

I can not remember where i have read it. It goes like this "Things are neither as they appear nor they are otherwise"....I think it is a part of sutta ..I am not sure...Can someone help me?

    As all things are unreal, there is neither defilement nor purity; things are not as they are seen, nor are they otherwise.
