    That is NOT a nice voice! (video) One that sounds a little too familiar. :anguished:

    Sadly it would seem, this voice of praise and shame is more often than not allowed to live rent-free inside ones head...However the ongoing practice of Mindfulness (present mindedness) will serve it with an eviction notice.... :)
