Worm Song.
Pity that party. Been there, done that. Been doing that. It's no fun. Observing the pity party as it fills up the room, with glasses of pure 100-proof pity being served, it's hard not to get drunk, especially if you are an addict. But the party, for some weird reason, seems oddly familiar, deeply comforting even. Full of old traveling companions. Seeing the party grow more crowded, sweaty, long-winded, raucous, convivial and then aggressive---where's the heck's the door? Because there is a door. But the longer you stay, the farther away the door gets. Get thee to the door. I think it has an 'M' on it...
I am on the other hand, throwing a Pitta party. Bring your own fillings and get stuffed.
MUCH better party! But don't you think mindful eating of your pittas is called for? And a dedication of the merit for the workers in the falafel fields?
Oh..you mean, Puja to the Pitta packers?

The entire month of January is a pity party for me. I have the worst time, even with loads of vitamin D. I partied with you in spirit at least, @Bunks! Ok, not the worst time, others have it far worse. I just am entirely out of sorts! Hate it. Glad the party is gone. Now no one can see me dance!
