Hello everyone. I'm posting a link to a very wonderful teacher's very wonderful instruction on basic meditation. I have yet to fully understand the meaning of it myself, but have been exposed to this type of teaching several times. I find it very helpful and would like to offer it to all of you that haven't seen this or as a reminder to those who have.
