Looking for books on ego and mindfulness (regarding the psyche)

8281282812 Ireland New

Hi,

I have a friend who studies psychology and is a therapist, she likes finding out new techniques to heal her patients in pain and suffering.

Is there any books that would give her some tools to use?.

Thanks.

I would suggest No Mud, No Lotus: The Art of Suffering by Thich Nhat Hanh. It’s about how to manage suffering and find happiness, and says suffering and happiness are inextricably linked.

That should keep her busy for a day or two....
