o hai!

Practicing Meditation and learning about Humanistic Buddhist practices from the Fo Guang Shan temple!

The practice is more derived from Chinese Ch'an Buddhism, which may be more popularly known in the west as "Zen" due to Japanese practices.

    Well hi! I'm from Dunedin, I used to sit with the Dunedin Zen group till they changed their meditation nights. Nice folks.
    Is there a Wellington group? What's BLIA?

    Hi, unfortunetly there is only a temple in Auckland and Christchurch.

    BLIA = Buddha's Light International Association

    The Meditation Class here is pretty nice, the latest group is about 42 peoples! :eek:
