Does anyone know of any "diarys by buddhist monks" i once saw one in bookshop but cant find it.

Any kind of cool diaries or journals ?

    I do not know of a true diary off-hand, but Thich Nhat Hanh has a book called "The Novice" which is based on what you're looking for, I think.

  • I would highly recommend "Venerable Father: A Life with Ajahn Chah". It's available on amazon, just do a search.
  • Philip Kapleau's wonderful Three Pillars of Zen is partly autobiographical if I remember right.
