Time flies. Time to fly?

I don't need to resolve to meditate. Every day more benefits ...

For those intending to practice ... here are some tips:

  • Keep the spine relaxed, note use of hammock-mind
  • You can drop the hat or wear it
  • Wear loose or lost clothing
  • Think beach, not wail
  • Keep the Inner Shining
