Happy Friday, Everyone! I do hope all of my friends are well, and looking forward to the weekend.
I have started my reading this week, as prescribed by my Online Buddhist Doctors...I am starting with, from what I gather one of the best to start off with: "The Heart of the Buddha's Teachings" by Thich Nhat Hanh
