Short Talk On Anger
God, the advice in that OP video is such a load of warmed-over horse shit. Here I am channeling my anger about it into an activity which might actually do some good, i.e., pointing out that the jerk in the Zen get-up is just regurgitating unactionable advice he probably got from his Dad when he was five years old, and hopefully preventing some of the naifs here who are still fooled by kashi's schtick from falling for this subtle troll.
...is it working? :)

How much time a day do you spend on here?
I should install one of those tracking browser extensions to figure it out. I basically come over here to avoid whatever I think I should be working on, so the answer is probably shocking.

Truly respecting others
I have canvassed for these kinds of people, and currently I live amongst them (SW Ohio) Frankly, your fantasies for them are too gentle. Mine involve genocide.
The trick is to get skilled at metta, and learn that you can direct that feeling at anything, even things which totally squick you.
As the world gets more crowded, disordered and hungry, hateful thinking will only proliferate. So practice now while it's relatively easy.
