@Jeffery, I've just remembered another Higher Power which I've used; DHUKKA, or rather 'Pain and bYSuffering'. Pain and Suffering made me do the stuff I didn't want to do, things like:Lots of good stuff in this thread; this little gem included.
1. Go to A.A..
2. Find an A.A. sponsor (a mentor)
3. Go through the steps; paying particular attention to the tough bits.
It's a great Higher Power is Mr Pain and Suffering.
