bodhicitta reminder

i don't know if i got this from somewhere but i thought of a decent reminder for bodhicitta while meditating. when you form your hand in the cosmic mudra, this can symbolize the earth and all its creatures bound together by love. and the sensation of each hand touching the other is the union of self and other, literally can feel like you're holding hands with someone else. the entire body can be like the universe and the mudra the earth and its creatures.
