Hey thanks for the extensive reply Cinorjer. I understand that if you are going to self publish, you really need to do a whole lot of marketing and advertising yourself, getting your name 'out there.' I am on a couple of book/author forums already but apart from that I would not really know many websites to use, apart from facebook *sigh*
My book will be vastly short on text as it would be a poetry book and mostly graphic. I really like the sound of designing book covers because that would not take a large amount of time and I have a good eye for layout design according to my old lecturer at uni.
