    Nice message but honestly I just cannot stand the sound of rap or hip-hop, but thats due to my own personal musical tastes, and not due to there being anything wrong with rap or hip-hop ;)

    mmmm, firstly didn't the buddha mention one should not find any sound pleasing or disturbing, along with the other 4 senses... This monk stated that hip hop was pleasurable to listen to.
    Okay, he is reaching out to people who maybe would not be able to relate before hand, but then the tap dancing chanting... I personally don't see this all that buddhist. Anyway, he is probably being subjected to higher than normal levels of radiation and may have worse problems to deal with soon enough ... Being in Tokyo and all o.O

    I have a fantastic version of the Heart Sutra Dance Mix by Gary Dyson. Just love it. The actual words, in a low chant kind of voice, done to a DJ scratch dance mix. If I knew how to put in a link to it, I would.
