I have a slight limp in my left leg... anybody else have this at all? A way to help it? Balance?

might be my ankle.. Would I go to chiropracter or a physciain for this? A personal trainer..? ty vary much

  • I think they would all be good avenues to explore. Probably the first two more than the third but I am not sure.

    first of all see a doctor for referral to an x-ray clinic. They need to see what, if anything, is the internal cause.

    A chiropractor specialises in spinal column issues.
    Maybe an osteopath or physiotherapist....
  • A sports medicine doc can usually evaluate the situation quickly and without x-ray, but will have the equipment on hand if it's needed. The biomechanics of the extremities and joints is their specialty.
