So here's what it boils down to tonight...
I'm very likely to get a failing grade on the chemistry exam I have tomorrow morning. There simply have not been enough hours in the day(s) to prepare for the exam I had this morning, plus everything else, plus this exam. There just haven't. The good news is that I got a 92 on today's exam. So, I'm currently taking a break from studying (cramming, which is useless) and have calculated that if I get a 43% on this exam, and a 90 on the last exam (mercifully there is no comprehensive final), I'll still get a B in the course.
So basically, I've resigned myself to the fact that I'm highly likely to fail this exam, but (historically) likely to get a fairly decent grade on the next exam, so I'm having a drink, taking a shower, and going to bed in about another two hours.
So how'd ya like that!?!? Nyah (making funny faces at my chemistry teachers).

My advice: to go through medical education prioritirize.
No human can learn all this.
In the end of the day there is a a huge chance you will specialize and take your time in the specific field.
If you end up in the general medicine – the cases you would face are still only in the few books so relax and decide what is important.
However, be prepared to be under a great stress and work long hours to move from registrar to practicing real medicine.
Technicians and pharmacists will be doing all the hard work in the future.
So relax and try to do the best to just pass it.
