  • OMG!! The Bushmen--one of my FAVORITE topics!! Did you know they practice Kundalini, for healing purposes? They bring it up by stamping their feet in ritual dance. There are Kundalini points on the soles of the feet.

    Thanks for a GREAT post! Native Americans used to run down deer. They'd exhaust it, then strangle it. The most valuable hide was one with no puncture hole from any weapon. It meant the hunter got his prey by running it down.

    Humans are amazing aren't they? It is important to never fully close out the animal sides of our minds, instead we should tame it and embrace it. Doing so allows us to run down deer, as Warrior said. Assuming you maintain your body, anyway.

    Yes I seen this when it first aired in the UK. The BBC really do make fantastic natural science documentaries and Attenborough is a legend.
