Just thought I would share this, I seen it on the BBC the other month and I just seen it on youtube, its a great insight into Tibetan culture

  • This is great, Z. Aleuts in Alaska used to have sky burials, too.
  • I thought so to CW, the way in which Tibetans who use sky burials to deal with death and give the body back to nature, is really fascinating.
    I did not know the Aleuts did this as well, very interesting.

    Hi tamm,
    LeonBasin created a thread the other day on Attenborough - Life of Mammals, and it made me think about the other BBC series Human Planet, and I remembered the Tibetan Sky Burial. So I thought I'd try and see if it was on youtube, it was, so I thought other people might be interested in seeing it. :)
