    For me it is "I" and "mine" making, it is THE source of suffering IMO. To help it's resolution; be mindful, realize when I am caught up and cut it there.

    Oh I forgot sloth! Im down with sloth too!:P My meditation teachers says that laziness is the biggest stumble to meditation practice, he is right, but its one of the biggest to all parts of dharma practice. Right Efort!
