when we genuinely say 'may all being be well and happy' or 'maitree to all', see what is in our own mind

mind is skillful and it is with 'aloba, adosha and amoha'

for that moment the out-breath is pure and next moment in-breath is pure too

if many can do this and give pure breath (air) to the universe, there is no doubt others can breath in pure (air) breath, and we help the universe in our own capacity

May all beings be well and happy!!!
