Anyone familiar with "The Hoffman Process"

And if so, what are your thoughts?? Some Buddhist friends who are very much into the healing arts have attended one of their 8-day retreats in the Berkshires in Massachusetts and have raved about it. It's very pricey (way out of my range), but they have published a book about it.

Just curious if anyone else is familiar with it.

I did a quick check on it on the internet. It says it's partly for eliminating depression and anxiety, dealing with self-esteem issues, and developing spirituality. Do you have depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues? I'm not sure this is the program you need. I understand that you feel like you're on the cusp of a major life shift, but there may be other workshops that would be better tailored to your situation. IDK. Shop around some more before deciding. It did seem well-recommended, though.
  • I'm not really considering it, I just hadn't heard of it and thought it sounded interesting. The folks I mentioned aren't the type who would buy into a scam (although money is no object for them). Just curious if anyone else had heard of it before.
