Do you do anything 'specific' in your practice..Like keep a blog? A diary? Help charities? etc..

Do you do anything specific like,
Do you meditate same time every day?
Do you come on here and give advice?
Do you visit your sangha same day every week?

OR

Do you just do what you can and dont have a specific thing you do!!

    I do several very specific things. I don't kill, don't steal, don't lie, don't misuse sexuality, don't take intoxicants. :)
