An experience I kinda have sometimes

edited August 2011 in Meditation
Again apologies for spelling bad english not my langaguage. So I am the one who tries to practice breath counting meditation through out the day. It happened like three times. After doing it for some time during the day it becomes like a car motor that run's automaticaly but the interesting facts is somewhere along the process i feel like i just see. My view is not focused on one particular thing more likely it see all that its in front of its range and it just sees (i feel like a videocamera) thoughts still arises but my breath counting becomes automatic and knows to make itself more loud to do its job of diminishing the though. also its a bit more quiet in the mind department. Only drawback my focus to lets say a talk or one particular thing becomes a bit hard.
