Oh that helps, I thought you meant something about this forum since you didn't specify and I had no clue. I still have no clue, since I use a PC with Windows 7.

If I remember right (been forever since I used a mac) the trick is to use paginated view and reduce the zoom percentage until the double page spread comes up.

I haven't found the info you're looking for though, but if you can go into some kind of booklet/page-by-page view, it should be in that manual.
