    you put it first into your own photo folder, then click on attach a file, browse, find your photo folder, and go from there....

    You can also put it in photobucket and use the html code from photobucket album to paste in the post comment box.

    I also recommend Minus. It's free and very simple, and designed almost specifically for this purpose.
