For a change I decided to post a current event that is not all doom and gloom, or some movement trying occupy the dairy queen or some crud. Today in Thailand there is a very important and special celebration that is actually thought to have began many years ago to celebrate the buddha.

  • Thanks, I will :) Last year I missed it so it will be a totally new expereience. Songkran is the maddest vestival which falls in March. I am heading out in an hour or so. It's nice beacuse the thais party in a very non western way, yes some drink but there is never really any violence or negativity.
