Just had a thought... What if we had a library of links where each recognized Buddhist lecturer with linkable videos could have their own page for us to populate with video links? For example, I could go in the Library, click on "Dalai Lama" and scroll through various lectures that other members have provided links. Too much maintenance perhaps?
