this works for me.. and i hope to share hoping it works for you.....
i really learn alot from quotes.. ( or short stories ) " buddhist nature, or of the like "
i will read an interesting one and it seems easy to carry the rest
of the day.. or a few days..
it seems like im forever diggin to find new quotes. after i carry the
quote i seem to try it on and naturally an experience happens.. mastering
a learning then takes place.
so..
hoping someone else may find light in this and
leave a quote or story.. and if they please leave their experience.
then we all inturn can learn.
