  • Lol. I better start planning. :)
  • what are you going to be? I guess you have time but sometimes collecting the costume pieces are time consuming depending on how seriously you take this.
  • lol. Idk. The last 2 years we did a 'theme' with the family. I didn't think we could beat the first year, but we did alright. It gets harder to be as creative. How about you? Are you dressing up?
  • We did a theme one year, the whole family as Wizard of Oz, I thought my costume was stinky but the kids were great. My little boy was 3 and he was the dog, dragging a blankie everywhere.

last year I borrowed my daughters complete Ren faire costume I sewed, I am so proud of that so I wear it when ever I can. I had to have the full wool cape finally dry cleaned this year. Another day i wore a black knit dress with my red and black bcowgirl boots and a witch hat. But i really want to get red parkly doc martens to be punk dorothy one year, I have been talking about it forever. For me I always have ideas, but the time and money take a serious back seat to other things. So I am wishing and working towards a better paying job in part so I can dress up, lol
  • Omg, that is so cute, your 3 year old with the blankie! My son and his blankie are inseperable best friends as well, so I know EXACTLY what you mean! lol. Love the Punk Dorothy idea! Good luck!
  • OMG how cool is this. This op is a definate turning point for NB.
