Just wanted to share....
...that today was an extremely difficult day for me on a lot of levels, but thanks to my practice (and the love of a few good NB friends) I sit here at the end of the day, reflecting, and feeling overwhelmed with gratitude and warmth instead of tears and frustration.
What a beautiful feeling! I hope everyone has a beautiful feeling too!
