some good news for friend

My friend who had stomach cancer has a lot of damage from the acid reflux afterwards. So she needs surgery and the possibilities sounded really intense. One involved pulling her stomach around, linking to the esphogus, and being outof work for 8 weeks (she works with special needs preschoolers and it can be physical). So the message I got last night was that it may be just 5-8 incisions, 1 day in the hospital and 2-3 weeks for recovery. Much better answer, and when they go in forthe surgery they can seee how it all looks better.
