Your view on Shri Mataji - Founder of Sahaja Yoga

edited February 2012 in Buddhism Basics
"irmala Srivastava (née Nirmala Salve) (March 21, 1923 – February 23, 2011), more widely known as Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, was the founder of Sahaja Yoga, a new religious movement.[1] To her devotees she declared that she was the complete[2] incarnation of the Adi Shakti and she is now venerated as such in over 140 countries." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nirmala_Srivastava

So I discovered Sahja Yoga from my mom who had attended classes. What is your view on Sahja Yoga? They emphasize chakra healing. Is Shri a worthy teacher? Can she bring value?
