I had a bit of an argument with my brother with my brother today he is very accepting and understanding. Then thru the argugement I thought maybe I should be thankfull I even walk up to see the sun rise and go to sleep seeing the sun set.

I'm glad to hear there was understanding. Are you saying that relationships are beautiful and their was a feeling like beauty and glowing? That analogy I am thinking of makes sense because sometimes the actual conversation is unlike the glow that comes from it. Like thinking of words to say for me is really hard to do and it is a relief when I can sit back down and just take a deep breath.

Talks with my brother are sometimes arguments for me also. But through some hard times we have better communication. He knows what happens to my voice and thinking when I feel a feel a bad spiral of thinking.
