    Nick and I have embarked on a combination Diet/Spring clean body cleanse... very regimented.. there's a good thick vegetable soup as the constant and daily central basis of the diet, together with strict foods applicable for each day...All fruit today, except bananas, all vegetables tomorrow, but no pulses or cereals, and only one potato.... We've only been on it half a day and I could murder a thick steak....!
