In my cleaning project yesterday I got stuck on the cabinent I got to put all the stuff in so it is neat and clean. I got a shelf totally backwards. So I went to meditation and my son was dropped off while I was gone. When I came home he had fixed my mistake and put the whole cabinent together! Very cool. I am still not done but it already looks better.

    good for him...good for you!
  • It is so much better than when I nag, and my kids can do some pretty great things independantly.

How old is your son, AHeerdt? It sounds like a very considerate thing for him to do! :)
  • He will be 15 this week, yeah! My kids can be considerate, I have raised them a little different, so in some ways they are more mature. He and his sister have been also wanting to clean up the porch as it is bugging all of us so it was all good. They just may not like all my decisions.

He is still a totally normal kid but a pretty good one.

You will have to share your child raising philosophy and tips, it sounds like your approach is working well! :)
