The Cat

Over the past couple of weeks a cat has chosen to reside in our house, well outside on the part which divides the indoors and the street, which is quite a large area closed off by a huge gate. Every day I wake up and see the cat cleaning itself, one day I went out to water the plants and I saw it sat on a chair relaxing lol. I wondered to myself, why this house everyday, there are many houses on this street but it comes here every day, be it morning, afternoon or in the evening. My partner being a typical Thai suggested it is a symbol of good luck (not that I have any belief in that what so ever). I have tried to go and stroke it or play with it, but it seems somewhat frightened, so I leave it to it's business day in day out :)

    Oh, he's adopted a bit of safe, free space.
    put a bit of food out for him... cats like cheese, raw chicken, that type of stuff.....

    I am going to give him a name, but I don't know what. I don't know if he is a he or she anyway. Today the cat was there from dawn until 5pm from laying around my plant pots to sleeping on a chair lol. I find it rather cute how it seems to find some sort of solitude here, I guess it says something about our house, it must feel safe where it lays.
