okay those good kids
I don't say this often but my kids did a good job yesterday. I had to work at resumes and applications all day long. It took awhile to research each job, write a cover letter for each one, and find all the photos from over the years for my on-line portfolio. Today I am gettng ready to go back to work because this week has so many things going on. I can focus a little better here compared to the office honestly.
First of all my volatile child said 'what can I do' when I explained my day was totally swamped. I had spent the day before on her drivers license so that was nice. Then my son got the yard work done without grief. They did all the cooking too. that is what I am recovering from this morning, lol. They did clean up a few times but they cook rather dramatically, that means every dish in the house appears to be used! So I did one load of dishes and made a dent in the kitchen. It is reasonable since I don't buy convenience foods so they cook from scratch.
Okay, well here is to not cooking!
