Feng Shui and proper cardinal directions for meditation/tai chi/qigong

Stumbled upon this site the other day. I don't really have anything to add about the effectiveness of this practice, just thought it was interesting. For the record, I was already meditating in the proper feng shui direction, apparently... but my qigong/tai chi was all wrong :p

Interested to see if @federica has any thoughts/comments on this

    yeah, I used to do this:
    But for people born on/after 2000, the calculations are different:

    If you are calculating for a male child, born in 2000 or after deduct from 9.
    If you are calculating for a female child, born in 2000 or after add 6
