Rice Balls. recepie

Okay, can anyone please give me a recipie on making rice balls, I got the rice, the cheese, some garlic and onion, and the oil for deep fring. Any know how to do this without me getting a trip to the emergency room? :cool:

    Have you Google'd "rice ball recipes"?

    I'm sure in Japan, they just squash the rice together (Japanese rice) into the shape of a ball and roll it in salt and sesame seeds. Or cover them in nori (seaweed).

    I have founs several, which use various forms of chees, and such. Just wondering if there are any more recepies out there. I exhaust all possabilites :D
