I enjoyed this talk. I never noticed the description saying: Taking the mystery out of Buddhism. I may have had many nice meditation sessions but am no 'enlightened being', the description of buddhism as the "study of the self" I found takes some of the mystery away and I enjoyed this talk. I wanted to share a gem:
