It fits under 'General Banter'.
However, we now have evidence from enough planets orbiting stars to know that there are billions of worlds orbiting stars in just our own galaxy that are within the "life zone" where liquid water is possible. It seems impossible that life would not have evolved on thousands of worlds.
The big question, of course, is if conscious life has evolved. Maybe it's also pretty common. On the other hand, on our own planet life went millions of years without consciousness arriving so it seems there's no great evolutionary push to self awareness.

During Master Hui Yuan's lifetime, he saw images of the Western Pure Land three times, the last when he was eighty-three years old. He suddenly saw the image of Amitabha Buddha and his retinue with bright light shining from them. The Buddha told Hui Yuan, "You will be reborn into my Land seven days from now." Indeed, seven days later the master died in peace at the age of eighty-three.
