Back from the edge of reason...

edited August 2006 in General Banter
Hello everyone! I haven't posted in a while, I've been quite busy lately and things started to speed up for me. I've found time to go back to all the forums I posted in as I just got back from Poland 2 days ago. I had a blast the last 2 weeks, but in the first week, I was fighting with depression to the point where I was physically hurting (I used a combination of meditation and prayer to get me through it). I was feeling the pain and suffered because of my friends in Lebanon, especially my good friend who just wanted a vacation and to be with her parents. She was seperated from her parents, but instead of fleeing the country, she is staying by her family's side because she knows their safe and she's happy and safe because of that. She's in the North of Beirut so she's ok at the moment, I was going to fly in and see her but the conflict started the week before I left.

It's good to be back at what I consider one of the best forums I have ever belonged to (NewBuddhist and Skyscrapercity are about even for me).

Ciao for now!

P.S. I will be posting pictures from Poland, I will just link them here because it's going up on the architecture & urbanistics forum (SSC).

thank you federica! She is in North Beirut, she says she's safe and doing well at the moment, she is happy because she is with her family and she knows they are safe. She went to the store and bought breakfast yesterday so that's indicative of how things are in the north. She made me so happy when I she came on MSN and I got to talk to her.
